Kelli Romine, WIP-C, ACRE, ADA Coordinator
Kelli Romine is dedicated to empowering individuals on their path to greater independence through meaningful employment. As part of a Ticket to Work Employment Network (EN), she is passionate about helping people rediscover their confidence, recognize their strengths, and pursue realistic, achievable goals. Kelli values building supportive, individualized relationships that honor each person’s unique experiences and challenges. She finds deep fulfillment in walking alongside individuals as they move from uncertainty to success, and she is a strong advocate for ensuring people are recognized for their abilities, potential, and right to fully participate in their communities.

Vocational Specialist
Dianna Willis, M.Ed., WIP-C, ACRE
Dianna Willis, M.Ed., is a Vocational Specialist and Ticket to Work Representative at LINC, where she supports individuals in achieving meaningful employment and greater financial independence. As a credentialed Work Incentive Practitioner and Veteran Work Incentive Practitioner, Dianna provides expert benefits advisement, helping participants understand how work impacts their benefits and empowering them to make informed decisions. She is committed to guiding people toward their employment and financial goals while building confidence and long-term stability. Outside of her work, Dianna enjoys exploring Idaho’s outdoors alongside her guide dog, Babs.

Vocational Specialist
Lance Kaldor, WIP-C, MEd – ADOLL
Lance Kaldor brings a diverse and well-rounded professional background to his work supporting individuals on their path to employment and independence. Originally from Montana, Lance has called Idaho home since 1998 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Education with a focus on Adult and Organizational Learning and Leadership. His career includes roles as a Human Resources Manager and Director of Student Services, followed by more than a decade with the Idaho Department of Labor as a Workforce Consultant, including six years as a Ticket to Work Coordinator. Throughout his career, Lance has been dedicated to helping individuals build skills, navigate systems, and achieve meaningful employment, taking a practical, person-centered approach to helping others reach their goals.
