TICKET TO WORK IN 5 STEPS

01

We create your Individual Work Plan (IWP)

This is your roadmap for returning to work. We complete your IWP and you review and sign. It includes your work history, preferred job type, employment goals, and more.

02

We assign you a Ticket to Work

Once your IWP is completed and signed, your ticket will be officially assigned to ADEN/LINC.

03

We work with you to explore career options

Your LINC Employment Specialist can help you search for jobs, including getting support with resume writing and links to job search tools to help you find the perfect position for you.

04

Stay on track with regular check-ins

While you are unemployed and searching for work, we will check-in with you regularly to support your job search. Once you are employed and receiving ongoing support, we'll check-in with you as needed and assist you in sending wage reports to SSA.

05

Focus on work and keep your benefits

While in the Ticket to Work program, you will have LINC's support for many years, and help to ensure that your SSDI and Medicare Benefit are protected through the Social Security Administration's Work Incentives. You will also have the support of a Certified Work Incentive Practitioner through LINC.

We're here to help and support you through each step
